Looking for a house...

So, I thought I should post some information on the status of my preparations for going to the Dominican. I am very excited! I talked with my friends over in DR-land, and they are in the process of looking for a house/place to live. All said and done, there will be 10 of us living in a new area in January. And no, we really don't know where we are going to live yet. You can check out the super-enhanced graphic below (i.e. it has a red arrow with a label) for info on where we are looking for a house.


Hmm. That picture is kind of small. But if you can read it... you will see the red arrow (amazing what paintbrush can do, eh?) pointing to a place called Nagua. That is the area we will most likely be staying in. So I thought, hey! If we don't find a house by January, I could bring some tents down with me, and we could just grab some land and live that way for awhile. When I suggested that to one of our team, they didn't respond well... :)

God will provide a right place, though. Sin duda (without a doubt). Please pray for us, though as we continue to make preparations. God bless you all!
